Overlooking the sea, with views of St. Martin this is a lovely two bedroom and two bathroom villa. You are just a few minutes away from the beach at Little Harbour where you can swim, stroll and view the occasional fishing boat.

Two full size bedrooms with bathrooms are perfect for two couples or a family. The principal rooms are also spacious and the kitchen is complete for meal preparation.

Bedroom 1: Master w/ king size bed and ensuite - air conditioning has now been added
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds and bathroom. Air conditioning has just been added. The twins can also be set up as a kings.

Policies

30% deposit with reservation. Cancellations - full refund with one month's notice, 50% refund with less than 1 month's notice.

While most properties take credit cards for payment you may be asked to pay the bank charges for the transaction. This is usually 3-4% of the total rental.
