Tranquil Tides villa was completed in 2010 and already has gotten rave reviews. The villa is only a 3 minute drive to famous Shoal Bay East and perfect for your family and friends. Enjoy long walks on the beach, sunbathing, snorkelling and lunch or dinner at a number of wonderful spots.

The great room is spacious and includes many wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the elements or keeping up to date on the large screen tv. There are indoor and outdoor dining area for 10 people, and a superb kitchen replete with all the gadgetry you will want. Meals and entertaining becoming a breeze when you have a wonderful place to work in.

Four bedrooms in all, two on the main floor and two uppers. Two king size bedrooms, two with queens, and all have ensuites with bath tubs or showers. All have walk in closets, tv and dvd players.

Three bedrooms have walkouts to covered porches with wonderful ocean views. The fourth has a wonderful garden view.

“Maximum Occupancy is 2 people per bedroom, 8 for the villa. An additional daybed in a first floor bedroom is available. $75.00 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.”

the furnishings are caribbean with a lots of special touches.

Tranquil Tides has a bocce court too.

Policies

Rates quoted are per night and include all taxes and service charge. Rates are in U.S. Dollars

50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 7 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued minus $100 administration fee. If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.

Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Credit card surcharge fee applies.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Credit card required for $1000 security deposit
