The villa sits proudly on a lovely stretch of Anguilla coastline -- with spectacular views of the Atlantic. Enjoy beach views of Shoal Bay East and Captains Bay - both a short 10 minute drive from the villa. Take advantage of your proximity to Scilly Cay - just two minutes from the villa....and also Ko Ko 's and Le Bon Pain, are minutes by foot or car.

The main floor of the villa is large and spacious with numerous walkouts to the outdoor living areas of the villa. A large living area has truly comfortable seating for your entire party. There is a whimsical dining area and a gourmet kitchen.

There is also a media room - air conditioned, with 60 inch plasma tv, and powder room.

The outdoor areas are fabulous at Amarilla. Covered area when the sun is hot have comfortable loungers, dining areas and wonderful built in areas for relaxing. There is a flat screen tv right next to the grilling kitchen.

By the pool there are more loungers and pool boasts two built in loungers to enjoy the water and the sun.

All five bedrooms are spacious and full of fun. The decor includes unique window treatments, fun tiles in the ensuite bathrooms, four poster beds and the same sense of whimsy that you find on the main floor.

There is a main floor master with a walk out to the gallery and pool area. This bedroom has elegant Scalmandre window treatments, a Moroccan influenced bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and double sinks. The bedroom has a flat screen tv and air conditioning.

Two additional masters are on the upper floor. They have beautiful upholstered furnishings and wonderful unique features in the decor. They too have ensuites with indoor/outdoor showers, fun bathrooms and the same elegance as the main floor master.

Two additional bedrooms on the upper floors are equally spacious with ensuite bathrooms, and twin beds. These can be configured as kings as well, without giving up comfort and elegance.

All five bedrooms have exquisite linens and flat screen tvs. And all upper bedrooms open onto a spacious and beautifully furnished outdoor living area with breathtaking ocean views.

The media room is outfitted with a queen size sofa bed.

The gym sits apart from the main house with a 36 inch HD flat screen tv, stereo, a full bath, massage table and futons. There is also an ipod docking station to play your favorite tunes on.

Policies

* All rates are subject to a 10% government tax and a 10% surcharge. All rates, services and amenities are subject to change without notice. Once you have a confirmed booking, your rate will not change.
* Fifty percent deposit required to hold reservation. Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking. Balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival; 90 days prior to arrival for Peak Season.
* Villa Amarilla is a non-smoking villa. No exceptions. No Pets allowed.
* Villa Amarilla will be available to arriving guests at 4:00pm on the day of arrival and departing guests are asked to depart by 11:00am.
