West End Resort - Long Term Rental Villas
Three nice villas are now available in Anguilla's West End for long term rental.

1 three bedroom is still available as of September 10 2007
These three villas can be rented individually or in a group.

They are available for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months.

They are offer two or three bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms
All Bedrooms have AC
AC can be added to the living room areas at an addl cost.

They are fully furnished with comfortable resort type furnishings.

There is no laundry facility in the villa.

Villa Rental will include use of pool and beach areas at the resort.

Rent:

3 bedrooms 4700US plus utilities
2 bedrooms 3600US plus utilities

water and electricity will be billed through the hotel
telephone wiring is provided, service for telephone and internet will be the responsibility of the tenant
TV and cable is included.

Policies

the resort will provide a rental contract for signature.

Rates

Rates are quoted in US Dollars per night unless otherwise specified.
All rates include government tax and service charge.
