9 Bedrooms with kings, queens or twin size beds all have ensuites and air conditioning. The principle rooms have air conditioning as well. There are televisions in some of the salons and bedrooms.

The dining room can seat 20 and the kitchen has been set up so that it can accommodate chef services easily.

Beautiful Indonesian furniture is spread throughout the villa providing comfort and interest. There are cozy corners to curl up with a book, along with expansive living area where your entire party can relax together.

A spectacular multi level salt-water pool with Anguilla stone waterfall completes the pictures. This villa has expansive living area both inside and out and is dramatically situated with views towards St. Martin and also towards Rendezvous Bay.

A beautiful and romantic covered patio has been built right at waters' edge and is perfect for enjoying the best sunset you will ever sea.

There is a full management office with hi-speed internet, multiple phone lines, fax and manager to help you throughout the day and night.

50% deposit to secure booking, balance due 30 days prior.

While most properties take credit cards for payment you may be asked to pay the bank charges for the transaction. This is usually 3-4% of the total rental.
