In the main house you will find luxurious living areas and a gourmet kitchen with all the latest gadgets. The principal rooms lead out onto the pool area and you might just find yourselves spending your entire holiday out here.

There are two full bedrooms in the main house. The master with king size bed and ensuite has a walk out to the large gallery and pool area as well as spectacular ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite. It too has an ocean view. There is a third bedroom with double size bed, adjoining bathroom and casual office set up.

Lochrum Estate is located between Blowing Point and Island Harbour and is a small enclave of private villas.

The guest house has a full studio suite. It includes a queen size bed, kitchen, living and dining areas and bathroom. There is a large deck with ocean views as well. The guest suite must be rented with the main house and is offered at the 4 bedroom rate.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival on island.

Security or damage deposit required. One night's rental must be paid as a security deposit at time of booking. Two nights required if there are children under 12.

15% discount for stays over 21 days.

Children over 12 welcome. Under 12 with owners permission only.
