Sand Castle Villa is extremely new and will be available for you this winter season - 2007/08. We visited today and were suitably impressed with the layout and amenities. Availability is superb right now as the villa was only completed last month.

Large mahogany doors welcome you from the beautifully landscaped front garden. Enter into a calm oasis of muted colours with wonderful west indian style furnishings and decor.

The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen all have walk outs to a wonderful gallery area overlooking the pool, the beach and the ocean.

The living area provides luscious seating for you and your party with wonderful views through screened wooden sliding doors. The dining room transitions you through to the very very complete kitchen with modern appliances and all the comforts of home. An outdoor dining area is nearby along with a very beautiful outdoor grilling and bar area.

A combination media/computer room complete the public areas. ...again with a walk out to the pool area. The villa has a computer and wifi access.

Two bedrooms complete with ensuites are on the main floor with walk outs to the gallery/pool area.

The grand master is in one wing of the upper section of the house. It is a wonderful suite with seating area, gym, and private deck. An ensuite with tub and outdoor shower completes the set up. There is an exercise room off the grand master.

The master is the second upper wing and offers a king bed, private deck and ensuite.
