All prices quoted are nightly rates in U.S. dollars are fully inclusive of government tax and service charge. All prices are based on two people sharing each bedroom.

Anguilla Villa Company Limited the agent for the owner - will do their best to accommodate any reasonable requests made with regard to check-in and check out times. Check in time on arrival is after 4:00pm local time. Check out time is 11:00am local time.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation deposit has been received and when Anguilla Villa Company Limited has confirmed the booking in writing. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by Anguilla Villa Company Limited at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

Deposits are refundable in full (less 10% administration fee) if written notice of cancellation is received by the Anguilla Villa Company Limited in writing at least 30 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. All Holiday Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable. Anguilla Villa Company Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Any requests for changes to this agreement must be agreed to in writing from Anguilla Villa Company Limited in advance of your stay. All Guests listed in this Rental Agreement hereby agree to rent this vacation property in accordance to the rental terms and conditions as stipulated in this contract. The Guest understands and agrees that the accommodation provided is only for use by persons named on the booking form. The Guest understands and agrees that Anguilla Villa Company Limited and the Villa Owner reserve the right to cancel any booking that is not made in accordance this Rental Agreement.
