BeachCourt Villa is the first rental villa on Shoal Bay East with its own tennis court. It also features a wonderful 50-foot long swimming pool.


The villa is 10,000 square feet and sits on a large property that goes right to waters' edge at the western end of Shoal Bay. If you enjoy walking, swimming and snorkeling then this villa is perfect for you and your party.

Designed for casually elegant living, the house features a 900 square foot great room, which includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen: granite counters, double sinks, and a 5 burner cook top in a separate island. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are beneath a vaulted 16’ high wooden ceiling, which draws constant breezes (assisted by four remote-controlled ceiling fans).


Adjacent to the great room, and overlooking the pool, tennis court, and Shoal Bay East is a covered 600 square foot deck, which accommodates your family and friends. Three large sliding glass doors make the great room and veranda one “indoor/outdoor” activity center.





Multi-leveled, the main house has three open, easily accessed levels. Two master bedrooms with air conditioning are upstairs. An air-conditioned study and laundry room are off of the entrance foyer, and a wide staircase creates a dramatic entry to the open plan living area.

A separate 2-story wing (joined to the main house via the large pool deck) houses 4 bedrooms, which share 2 bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms has a marble vanity with sink. The wing also has a kitchenette, for early morning coffee or a late evening drink. All four bedrooms are now air conditioned.

BeachCourt Villa’s 6 bedrooms will accommodate 12 people. The study and an additional room with bathroom at tennis court level can accommodate an additional 4.
