Come and enjoy Palm Shores Villa this year. It sits right at waters' edge with a beautiful 36 x 12 pool. Enjoy the beach and pool right at your front door.

This villa has three bedrooms and is perfect for two couples travelling together as there are two full suites, each with living areas and kitchens.

For families the three bedrooms will give you all the space you require and the villa is comfortably furnished to give everyone somewhere to relax. Palm Shores is located on Forest Beach on the south side of the islands with spectacular views of St. Martin and other Caribbean islands.

Bedroom 1: Master w/ king size bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds and ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed ensuite and complete kitchen and sitting room.

Pool

12 feet x 36 feet, depth is 2.5 - 5 feet

Palm Shores consists of two suites totalling 3 bedrooms, however we can rent it with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and close off bedrooms unoccupyed.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on Anguilla. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Owners in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by the Owners at least 30 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival.

Extended stay rates: For each day past 14 days, a 20% reduction in the daily rate.

These rates are for renting the named unit, and the other "blocked out". A rate reduction of 30% will be made if the other unit remains available for rent to another party.

Rollaway: $40/night extra.
