What currencies and methods of payment do you accept?
All our prices are quoted in US Dollars and acceptable methods of payment are determined by the owner of the villa. Please check the individual property to determine the specific methods available.
Payment in any currency which can be readily exchanged at our local bank for US Dollars is acceptable. The cost of any such conversion (when required) will be at the guest’s expense and the guest’s account will be credited for the total converted amount less any banking charges incurred.
However we strongly recommend that whenever possible our guests use a credit card as this adds an extra level of security for all parties. Payment by credit card also often allows us to make available to the guest additional services (such as unrestricted telephone use) that may not be readily available to a non-card using guest.
If we process your payment the charge will appear on your credit card bill as “eSolutions Inc." and will be charged in US$. However some owners or agents may also have their own credit card merchant accounts. If the owner or agent process your payment directly it can appear on your bill as a totally unrelated enterprise in whatever currency their merchant account is held.
Please check with us, or whoever is processing your payment if you have concerns in this regard and we will be happy to advise you.

Do you handle long term rentals or sales of villas?
We are strictly a short term vacation rental referral firm, but as we are in direct contact with many of the owners and agents we are often aware of properties that may be available for purchase or long term rental.
