Settling Down, Public Service & Role of Women Over four months ago, newly-appointed Deputy Governor, Mark Capes, arrived in Anguilla to take up his post and was followed later by Mrs. Capes. He was delighted to have been selected for the job as he very much wanted to serve in Anguilla.
