Anguilla Police Ready To Question Devon Otto

The Royal Anguilla Police Force is now preparing to question Devon Otto, who is a murder suspect in the shooting death of Devon Ryan of Blowing Point in July last year. Otto, who was able to evade capture in Anguilla, eventually traveled to St. Maarten to hideout and reportedly became involved in offences there and attracted the attention of the Dutch Police. He was caught last week during a raid at a house and is now in custody there.
