Victoria Charles Now 103 Years

Anguilla’s oldest citizen, Victoria Charles, formerly of Blowing Point, is 103 years. A service in her honour was held on Sunday, December 2, at St. Gerard’s Roman Catholic Church where many tourists and members of the resident congregation were in attendance.
