ANGUILLA DAY BOAT RACE The Race That Didn't Go Well

Unlike previous years, this year no one had to rush from the Anguilla Day celebrations at the Ronald Webster Park to Road Bay, Sandy Ground, for the round-the-island boat race. The mass crowd instead stayed all day on the park witnessing the rather long official parade, speeches and presentations during the first part of the day and then enjoyed the large amount of food and drink and musical entertainment.
