ECCB ESSAY COMPETITION: Cash For 3rd Place Winner, School In Anguilla

Eighteen-year-old Monifa Fahie, now a second semester biochemistry student at Clark University in the United States, has kept Anguilla on the winning side of the annual OECS Essay Competition sponsored by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB). She emerged third place winner in the 2006 competition with her essay entitled: What are the viable development options for the ECCU (Eastern Caribbean Currency Union)?
