The Editor The Anguillian A LETTER OF GRATITUDE After sampling many islands in the Caribbean, my wife and I long ago decided that Anguilla was our favourite and we have been regular visitors for close to twenty years. During our most recent stay in mid-February, my wife became ill and it was necessary to organize a medevac (medical evacuation) back to our local hospital in New Jersey.
