Drunk Or Careless Drivers?

The Editor, The Anguillian Dear Editor: DRUNK OR CARELESS DRIVERS? I have been a resident in Anguilla for the past couple of years and have witnessed with much interest the rapid growth in the number of vehicles on the island. I am not being funny when I say that the vehicles now here outnumber the 1967 population which was then said to be 6,000 souls.
