Cove Castles a resort which has been operating for the past 25 years and is pleased to announce Mrs. Millie Hodge as their new "General Manager" for Cove Castles.

Mr. Myron Goldfinger is the Architect of Cove Castles and Mrs. June Goldfinger is the Interior Designer and they both were the original developers of the resort and present Directors.

They are both very excited and feel very fortunate in being able to get a truly qualified professional during their tenure with Cove Castles. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the travel industry and great experience in the Airline industry for American Airlines/American Eagle. Ms. Millie Hodge just recently retired out to pursue her ambition in being back home with her immediate family. She was the Regional Manager for the Southern and Northern Caribbean islands, Manager of Operations for Miami Hub airport handling over 100 flights a day (American Eagle and handling the Cuba market as well) and prior was at Cap Juluca Hotel in a management position overseeing the Front of the House Operations. She brings a wealth of professional experience which includes her bilingual skills that will be an asset with her ambition to promote South America. She is well known in the area of sales among many travel agents in the U.S. , U.K. and throughout the Caribbean. We know she will be an asset to Cove Castles and understands the hospitality industry and has a strong knowledge of the upscale market that we currently handle at Cove Castles.
Mrs. Millie Hodge, made the following comments. "She is looking forward in bringing new business to Cove Castles along with capturing niche markets which have not been tapped into. In this current global crisis it's going to take individuals who are creative and can think outside of the box to bring new business. It's my ambition that we bring new clientele from different parts of the world. I feel Cove Castles is a unique resort with it's personalized service and exceptional beach with every villa on the beach. We plan on giving more personal attention to our guests and will also be promoting the property as a resort for weddings and honeymooners. It will be exciting in making many sales and marketing changes to the property; we realize the challenges we face during this period of economic decline around the world especially in the caribbean. With this in mind, I am confident that Cove Castles in the future will be a property that will be highly respected because of it's " impeccable customer service" and the personalized attention we will be giving our guests. I strongly feel that we can have all the beautiful structures in place and the most magnificent beaches but if our service is not up to international standard then we will be fighting a losing battle especially with the competition throughout the region and the world. I will continue to foster a strong business relationship with American Airlines and American Eagle since they will be one of our key partners in tourism. I look forward to this season and the New Year ahead. Mrs. Millie Hodge wishes thank her husband and children for their past support and guidance.
