The deceased, Marti Crawley, was a resident of Anguilla for some 15 years. He was the part owner of Anguilla Rums, and the developer of Sea Grape Villas among other businesses, having a love for Anguilla and its children in particular.

The Windsong Foundation, established by the late Mr. Crawley to administer the trust fund, was launched on February 12 by former Minister of Finance, Victor Banks who commended him for “thinking so highly of the young people of Anguilla” and for his philanthropy.

Two trustees have been appointed for the fund in Anguilla. One is Greg Rovenger of the United States and and the other is Barrister-at-Law Keithley Lake with Jean Dyer of his law firm as Attorney. The Windsong Foundation, whose trustees are Vidim Fridman and Gigi Osco-Bingeman, is based in California.
