Three Win Police Week Prizes


Part of the success of the just-ended 38th Anniversary of the Royal Anguilla Police Force was that three members of the community were major winners of the raffles which were among the various Police Week activities.

The third prize of US $800, the equivalent of EC$2,144, was presented by Deputy Commissioner, Rudolph Proctor to Genette Gumbs; the second prize of a gift certificate from the Royal Anguilla Force Week Committee for a trip to Puerto Rico with two nights accommodation to Velda Vanterpool.

Mr. Proctor took much pleasure in handing over a brand new luxury Murano Jeep to Ramon Fleming, winner of the first prize.

The Deputy Commissioner thanked the winners for participating in the Police Week activities. He also extended gratitude to all members of the public on behalf of the Commissioner and other ranks of the Force.
