Anguilla Golf Association Holds First Tournament Of The Year |

Thirty-six golfers participated in the first AGA Tournament of the new year held at Temenos Golf Course Saturday, 9 January. Format was a four-person scramble and winning team had a low gross score of 69. A social gathering followed when refreshments were served and prizes awarded.

Two teams were tied for second with a gross score of 70 and following a match of score cards, second place was awarded to Team Captain T. Loizos, members A. Lampe, I. Bloom, and G. Young. Coming in third was team captain T. Wright, members D.Coburn,L Stott, and M. VanHorne.
Next scheduled event is the annual Peter Johnstone Claret Cup which will be held 20 February.
