Inspector Emris Rogers of the Criminal Investigation Department said the crimes consisted of two woundings, one at Stoney Ground and one at Rey Hill; one deception; and three theft reports.
Inspector Rogers said the thefts occurred in Mount Fortune, Seafeathers and the Cove. Items stolen included one gold watch, one ocean Kayak, one washing machine, one water pump and.

According to Rogers, there were three reported burglaries for the week: at East End, North Side and West End. The Inspector noted that items stolen included jewelry, play station games, an Ipod, Cd’s, and cash.

Three Dogs Poisoned
Police reported that they responded to a call from Luna Rosa in Lower South Hill and were informed that three dogs, living on the property, were poisoned. It was discovered that two of the three were dead due to poisoning and the third just avoided death.

Luna Rosa’s proprietor informed police that the dogs were part of the area’s security. Members of the force, close to the matter, were speculating whether the poisoning was part of a bigger plot to commit further crime against the establishment. Investigations in the matter were reported to be ongoing.

Arrests and Accidents
Police made four arrests for the period: three males to prevent a breach of the peace and one male for immigration purposes.

There were three minor traffic accidents during the reported period.
