One of them is the current 10-week Savings and Investments Course for which the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank through its Agency Office on the island and in partnership with a number of financial and academic organisations has teamed up to deliver. The partners include the University of the West Indies through its Resident Tutor, Carla Harris-Pascal, and the College Development Unit through its Project Director, Dawn Reid.
