WORLD FAMOOUS CHEF PAUL BOCUSE TO COOK AT CUISINART RESORT & SPA IN ANGUILLA
On Saturday, November 16th, world famous French Chef Paul Bocuse will preside over a gala dinner at the luxurious, five star CuisinArt Resort & Spa in the lovely Caribbean island of Anguilla. The dinner will be held at the hotel’s Santorini Restaurant overlooking the charming gardens and pool area of the hotel, starting at 7:30 in the evening.

The event will consist of a five course, white glove dinner with each course expertly matched to a selected wine. Pairing of the wines will be undertaken by well-known sommeliers Marcos Mercado and Kiko Delgado from Puerto Rico.
Chef Bocuse owns the eponymous “Bocuse” Restaurant in the gastronomic capital of France, Lyon, which has received the ultimate distinction of three Michelin stars continuously since the late 1960’s. Denis Jaricot, the Executive Chef of the CuisinArt Resort & Spa, and his staff will work together with Chef Bocuse in the preparation of this extraordinary dinner. Chef Bocuse is traveling directly from France for this special event, which will also be attended by well-known food, wine and travel media from France and the rest of Europe.
The dinner will start with a champagne cocktail in the poolside area and dinner will be served in the main dining room of the Santorini Restaurant.
The dinner has a cost of $230 per person, including food, wines and gratuities. For guests who would prefer making their own selection of wines, the extensive, award-wining wine list of the CuisinArt Resort & Spa will be available and a credit of $75 will be provided against their wine selection.
For persons interesting in attending this event, the CuisinArt Resort & Spa is offering a special room rate of $300 per room per night, double occupancy, including taxes and service charges for all Caribbean residents.
