According to their brochure, deemed a sanctuary within a sanctuary, Fairmount Anguilla is set to launch and begin to formally start finalizing sales of the luxury properties. Owners at Fairmount Anguilla will be part of a new evolution from the beginning and be among one of the first to experience unprecedented luxury in one of the world’s most perfect settings. The Fairmount name is synonymous with luxury and first class service world-wide as it is involved in a collection of award-wining hotels and resorts with a diverse portfolio. The Savoy in London and The Plaza in New York City are just two of the establishments in which the Fairmount signature can be found.
Fairmount Anguilla will be next in the company’s long line of exemplary destinations and will feature everything that has made it the most storied hotel brand in the world. The project will boast of iconic beach clubs, breathtaking views, gentle ocean breezes, resort-styled pools, scuba diving, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, fantastic dining, a spa, championship tennis courts, world-class fitness facilities and personal concierge services.
The purpose of the luncheon was to conduct a learning session for local and regional Real Estate Brokers so that they could be introduced to the project and become more aware of how they could get involved in the sales process. Real Estate brokers from French and Dutch St. Martin as well as Anguilla were present. Myles Newell, Director of Sales, informed The Anguillian that the official launch will occur in late March or early April. Mr. Newell said, “We want the real estate community to be aware of the project and their direct involvement. We are going to kick off a large marketing campaign in two weeks in which people will become more intimately aware of the project as a whole.” Myles is one of the members of the IMI sales team who is spearheading the project. IMI was also responsible for the initial sales of the Viceroy Anguilla project in West End.
