A brief awards ceremony was held at the school on Tuesday morning, November 13, following the holding of the competition in June this year. The quiz was organised by the Nutrition and Health Promotion Unit in collaboration with the Guidance and Counselling Teacher, Anita Ruan. The competition was introduced and facilitated through Personal Social Health Education classes of the 4th forms.

The participants were members of the inter-house sport teams. The positions in which they placed were as follows:

First place – Orange House; second – Yellow House; third – Maroon House; fourth – Pink House; and in fifth place – Purple House. The individual champion was Gerard MacDonna.

The Nutrition and Health Promotion Unit has expressed thanks to the following persons for making this year’s School Quiz the success: Ingrid Lake, Principal, Shermaine-Rensford, Head of the Home Economics Department; Anita Ruan and other Personal Social Health Education Teachers.
