Among the stolen items were jewellery, cellular phones and tools. The incidents occurred at dwelling houses.

There was one report of attempted burglary which occurred at a business place in The Farrington.
Four thefts were reported during the same period. They occurred in The Valley, West End, The Farrington and South Hill. The items stolen were cellular phones, a boat engine, sofa, bed and chairs.

There was one arson report involving the burning of a small house at Cauls Pond.

Other incidents included two cases where persons took a truck and a car from taken from South Hill without the permission of the owners. Both vehicles were found abandoned – one in the Meads Bay area and the other at Sachasses. Two persons were in police custody as investigations continued.

The police were also investigating reports of gun shots at Sandy Hill and an unrelated domestic dispute there. In the latter incident one person was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon.
Meanwhile the Police are continuing their investigations into a number of armed robberies including the latest incident in which a businesswoman at Sandy Ground was kidnapped, wounded and the business place robbed.

The Police are also vigorously looking for Kittitian national, Devon Otto, last known to be seen in the Keys Village area at Island Harbour. He is wanted for questioning in connection with a murder case, but continues to elude the Police. The lawmen believe he is being sheltered by some persons whom they warned are committing an offence.
The Police are appealing to Otto to turn himself in without fear either alone or with a lawyer.
