Mr. Neil McConnie, General Manager of ANGLEC, and Elvin Richardson, Information Technology Officer, held a press conference to announce the launching of their new online billing system on Thursday, October 11. It is a system that enables ANGLEC customers to view their bills and pay their bills online from anywhere at anytime once they have access to the internet and possess a Visa or MasterCard.

Before turning over the press briefing to Mr. Richardson, Mr. McConnie said, “The customer actually drives our customer service operations and, in response to their expectations, this online billing system has been produced so that we can satisfy the requests of our customers.”

With a LCD projector, members of the media were taken through the process of how to pay one’s bill and how one can stay abreast of current charges. Besides the web page being aesthetically pleasing, it is quite useful and full of features that provide the customer with a great deal of knowledge and comfort. The process of designing the web page began in February and it is top of the line with great security measures taken to protect the customer’s information.

Customers are encouraged to go to www.anglec.com. Some of the benefits and features are: fast secure payments from the comfort of your home, office, or any other place where internet access can be found; view and compare your current and past bills and readings with the click of a button; information can be generated in both tabular and graphical formats; pay multiple accounts at once.
