The annual initiative, called Trading Places, is undertaken on an annual basis, during the month of October, to celebrate FirstCaribbean’s birthday, this year being the 5th birthday.

The purpose of Trading Places is to broaden the Leadership Team’s awareness of the various roles and responsibilities of their colleagues throughout the organization; achieve buy in from colleagues as they see the leaders, “walking the walk”; foster teamwork across units of FirstCaribbean: One Team, One Bank and provide training opportunities and insights into other areas of the business that a leader may be interested in, albeit brief – a quick immersion.

Activities will occur simultaneously throughout the various territories in which FirstCaribbean Bank operates.
