As the Morlens Recital Series rolls on, pianist Elson Richardson will be the next performer at the St.Augustine’s Anglican Church in East End. Like all the other performances, this promises to be an afternoon well spent with a multitalented pianist. Elson has been studying piano for the past eight years at the Morlens studio and has shown a rare talent, aptitude and virtuosity at the piano. His repertoire will feature contemporary arrangements of popular hymns flavored with light classics and ragtime favourites.

Being the first of two male performers in the series, Elson is prepared to make his mark on this event. He will not be alone on this performance, however, since the intermission will also feature pianists Imran Harrigan and Akieron Brooks and trumpeter Gelani Banks. All are invited to show their support for our young men and be blessed with some fine music on Sunday June 24, 2007, at the St. Augustine’s Anglican Church at 5:30 pm. All freewill donations will benefit the St. Augustine’s Youth Music Fund.
