Two Customer Satisfaction Leadership seminars were held in partnership with the Anguilla Chamber of Commerce (ACOCI) by Melinda Goddard, MBA, principal of ClienTell® Consulting, LLC, on May 22 and 24th at the ACOCI Communications Center in the Valley.

“We would like to thank the businesses that participated in these sessions,” said Calvin Bartlett, executive director of ACOCI. “The research and skills that Ms. Goddard shares in these classes can help every business improve service quality, so they earn - and keep - more of their customers’ loyalty. This enables the Chamber to work toward one of our main goals, to help Anguilla businesses succeed and strengthen our economy.”

A total of 19 participants attended. From Essentials Stationery, to Glen J’s Fashion to M&M Home Essentials, to Lloyd’s Bed and Breakfast and Lloyd’s Aviation Services, to Shop 4 Less, Anguilla Rums, Digicel, ANGLEC and Cap Juluca, various sectors and businesses of all sizes were represented in the two sessions.

“While each class is different and shaped by unique group discussions and experiences that often address specific needs, 18 of 19 Very Satisfied evaluations were received, and the same said Definitely Yes they would recommend the seminar to others,” said Ms. Goddard when asked how the sessions were received.
