The developers of the Flag/ Temenos/St. Regis Project have donated US$7,000 to the Anguilla Day Calypso Competition scheduled for May 28 at the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre.

Presentation of cheque to Leeward Island Calypso Committee

A cheque in that amount was presented by the company’s General Manager, Brian Schultz, at a brief ceremony held in the conference room at the Anguilla Tourist Board on Tuesday this week.

In making the presentation, he expressed the company’s support for the activity and said that he had taken much pleasure in doing so.

The cheque was received by Joseph Vanterpool, President of the Calypso Committee on whose behalf he had accepted it with thanks.
