The 10,000 square feet extension is estimated to house an additional 30-40 staff members allowing for increased efficiency. Encompassed in the extension will be a number of customer benefits. There will be three additional teller areas that will serve to drastically decrease the amount of time a customer has to wait in line for service. Provisions will be made for senior citizens allowing them to be seated while waiting for service to ensure a more comfortable and convenient wait. Private teller stations will be installed for handling transactions of large deposit customers to guarantee the highest level of confidentiality. An elevator will be put into place to accommodate disabled and elderly customers needing to perform transactions on upper level floors.

With a rapidly growing customer base, CCB sees a high level of customer satisfaction as critical to its growth and development. We trust that the increased efficiency attained through the project will pave the pathway to accomplishing this feat. We ask that our customers be advised accordingly and we regret any inconvenience caused during this time as we seek to better serve you.
