Staff At St.Regis Completes Programme


St Regis Temenos Villas recently completed a service culture training program designed to develop the customer service skills of the staff. The training focused on the value of the associate to a corporation and the responsibility of the associate to deliver exceptional customer service.

The associates learned about the “Human Truths” and the extraordinary life skills that allow the staff to understand themselves and in return understand their fellow associates and the guest.

Newly certified associate Quentin Connor had this to say about the training “I found the training to be excellent, it was straightforward and you learn so much, finally you are able to see service through someone else’s eyes”. The Training was conducted by Warren Buddle Operations Manager and certified St Regis Service Culture Trainer.
