Pianist Chrystal Duncan will take the stage next in the Morlens Recital Series 2006 - 2007. Chrystal will perform a predominantly classical and sacred repertoire flavoured with light jazz and contemporary pieces.

According to Director of Music Lennox Vanterpool, Ms Duncan has been a student of the Morlens Music Studio for well over five years and has exhibited a natural inclination for music generally and a deep love for the piano. She has demonstrated the ability to play by ‘ear’ thus widening her repertoire and sharpening her piano skills. Chrystal has also been a successful candidate for exams with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) in both music theory and practical piano.

During a short intermission young pianists Tsani Rogers, Akile Rogers and Laurinda Lloyd will perform.

All are invited to an enjoyable evening of music featuring pianist Chrystal Duncan Sunday March 25, at 5:30 pm at the St. Augustine’s Church in East End. All freewill donations to benefit the St.Augustine’s Youth Music Fund.
