“I told the Tellers: ‘I never won anything in my life. But this time I definitely must win. I am going dinner-for-two tonight,” an excited Miss Johnson remembered saying.
True to her determined wish, she really won. “When Ms. Rey called me saying I was the winner, I was so excited. It is about time my luck turned around,” Mrs. Johnson, Manager of Anguilla Travel Services stated.
Ms. Rey, the Bank’s Country Manager in Anguilla, said: “Gwenneth is one of our very loyal customers. She does a lot of transactions so we are delighted that she was the winner and it wasn’t somebody just coming in to do business for the day.”
The special offer was open to any customer making a transaction at the Bank on the particular day.
The voucher for the dinner-for-two was presented to Mrs. Johnson by Ms. Rey. Others present were Senior Audit Manager, Hensley Johnson, visiting from Barbados, Antoinette Pickering, Credit Counsellor and Gretta Morancie, Business Support Officer.
