|
According to her instructor Lennox Vanterpool, Ojeda has been studying piano since the age of six and has evolved into a confident, composed musician who brings her own interpretation and style to her repertoire. She began studying the clarinet a few years later than her primary instrument and has proven to be equally as proficient.
Ojeda will be presenting an enjoyable mix of classical, contemporary latin, sacred and jazz that no music lover should dare miss.
During the intermission selections will be rendered by pianists Chrystal Duncan, Alexa Smith and Jose Vanterpool.
Ojeda is the fourth student to appear in concert in the Morlens Recital Series following Shermel Richardson and Krystal and Krystie Webster.
All freewill donations at these events are to benefit the St.Augustine’s Youth Music Fund.
