Simon Paul, a Dominican native, is the first person to collect all the letters and spell Digicel and win $1,000 cash. Mr. Paul was pleasantly surprised and quite excited when he scratched his flex card last week and it was a C. “I was on the phone with my girlfriend as I was scratching the card and all I could say was ‘Oh my God.’ She asked me what happened and I told her that I had a C. Well she knew what that meant and she started screaming.”
