The Road Primary School is grateful for contributions received recently from Janice A. Louden (formerly Albertha Proctor).

Donation of computer and other gifts

She donated a Dell Computer and Printer to the school, books to the library and back packs to two Grade 3 students, (a brother and sister from Blowing Point).
Mrs. Louden, a former student at the school, stated: “I believe that it is important for those who are able, to make a contribution to the education of children as a sound education is the key to successful life.”

In making the presentation, she encouraged the children to be attentive and to learn the basic Math and English skills which are among the important subjects in the classroom.
