Subsequent to his first ever presentation on the island last month, Mr. Hughes, who resides in the United States, has now distributed in Anguilla pocket billiards t-shirts and caps which smartly exhibit the APBA logo.

The association has been registered with the Directorate of Sports in Anguilla and membership cards have been distributed to a number of persons at a fee of US$10.
“There is continued interest in joining the APBA because people want to be part of something organised, wholesome, fun-loving and productive,” Mr. Hughes reported. “Accordingly, Norric is presently involved in an ongoing membership drive to attract and sign up more members.”

Mr. Hughes said Norric’s efforts were “in keeping with the Anguilla Government’s ongoing goals to invest in its youth and the Anguilla Tourist Board’s 2006 marketing goals to promote ‘niche markets’ such as sports.”

He is inviting interested persons to join the ABA. They may call toll free 1-866-444-4406 or send emails to richughes@erols.com.
