The Honourable Victor F. Banks and a delegation left Anguilla on Monday August 28th for Miami. They spent a significant part of their time with the Honourable Chief Minister Osbourne Fleming who is recovering from a kidney transplant operation.

Chief Minister Fleming and his donor are recovering well. The delegation enjoyed being with him for several hours which included dinner on August 28th, and breakfast the following day.

Mr. Fleming sends his regards to everyone and wishes to express continually his gratitude for the prayers of the people and the sacrifice of his donor. Mr. Fleming says that he is convinced day to day that prayer changes things and he knows that God Almighty is faithful and merciful. He looks forward to the day of his return to Anguilla.
