Family and friends attended a Celebration of Thanksgiving for the 90th birthday of Edith J. Hodge, at Limestone Bay Café on Saturday, March 4.

Mrs. Hodge, a former resident at East End, now resides at the home of her daughter Louise and son-in-law Ashton Brooks at George Hill.

Pastor Cecil Richardson of the Central Baptist Church and Bishop Errol Brooks were on hand to officiate at the brief service which preceded the serving of food.
Several persons delivered tributes to Mrs. Hodge, commending her in particular on her quality of life.

The family expressed appreciation to all who attended the function and awarded Ashton Brooks for taking care of their mother at his home.
