The donation included 8 new Dell computers, a Color Laser Printer and switches to network the computers. The Lab replaces outdated computers previously situated on Campus “A” and will provide students internet access and facilities for improved computer education at the school.
Peters Agency Customs Brokerage contributed the cost and logistics for importing the equipment.
A formal handover ceremony was held at the Computer Lab on Tuesday 29 November at which Philippe Weissberg and Ira Bloom, Kamique’s President and Vice President, presented the keys for the Laboratory to Mr. Darwin Hazel Principal of ALHCS. Verna Fahie, Chief Education Officer, Rodney Rey, Permanent Secretary of Education, and Sandra Fahie Education Officer for Curriculum, were also present.

“We are excited to begin working with the High School on improving the facilities and curriculum for students,” said Mr. Weissberg. “We plan to continue this cooperation going forward as part of our long term commitment to the community of Anguilla.”
Kamique Properties is developing a luxury villa resort in the Lockrum area that will offer fully serviced private vacations for couples, families and groups. Kamique is redefining the Caribbean Villa by combining the classic white-painted wood ceilings, verandas and sprawling outdoor spaces of a traditional home, with cleaner lines, modern finishes, rich wood trims and a touch of Asia. These breathtaking properties are now under construction and planned for completion in the 4th quarter of 2006.
