Anguiilian Student On Dean's list


Charissa-Ann Joseph, an Anguillian student at the St. Croix Campus of the University of the Virgin Islands, has made it to the Dean’s List having done very well in her first year of studies.

The 22-year-old student achieved a 3.9 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Miss Joseph, who is proud of her achievement, also reported gaining enrollment in the National Association of Black Accountants with headquarters in Washington DC.

At the University of the Virgin Islands, she is on a four-year privately-financed study programme in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Miss Joseph, who worked at Scott Hauser’s Professional Services Company prior to furthering her studies, said she always had a passion for both business and accounting.

She is the daughter of Teacher Marilyn Hodge, Guidance Counsellor at the Albena lake-Hodge Comprehensive School.
