Development of a comprehensive Sports Programme and a Sports Foundation for channeling funds.
Development of a National Festival of Arts and Build a National Stadium
Proper National Health Programme which is affordable to all
A larger Senior Citizens Home built to cater to the needs of an aging community
Need for a multi-sectoral strategy for fighting AIDS/HIV Virus
Implementing a National Health Insurance Scheme and work to minimize diabetes and high blood pressure through education
Ensure that specific areas of business are reserved for Anguillians
Importance of Unions for the leading industries in the economy
Development of a Hotel School and attract foreign Medical Schools
Ensure that Foreign Investors give back to the island

CONSTITUENCY PLANS
Creation of Town Halls in all three Districts in Constituency #5, stocked with state of the art technology as learning tools.
Assistance to the fishermen and development of a fish market for Sandy Ground.
Introduction of Village Clinics.
Construct a Boardwalk on the beach to encourage more trade for Anguillian businesses and for pleasure.
To encourage selling of local craft and souvenirs to the tourists by Anguillians.
Beautify around the pond and ensure that the dams are rebuilt and palm trees planted for aesthetic purposes.
Ensure that all village sports grounds and Town Halls are manned by people who are capable of managing people.
To convert the panoramic view of the hillside in South Hill into a socio-economic venture for landowners in the area.
To build a village park in North Hill and South Hill with walkways for families with children to use.
To build tennis courts and a community swimming pool for use by villagers and tourists.
To encourage Anguillians to continue with their small shops that cater to the needs of the village.
To ensure that the cruising rates charged to yachts are reduced to encourage more business.
To encourage villagers in Sandy Ground to open their homes to Tourists as a in Meet the Tourist Programme.
To ensure that there is more parking in Sandy Ground to meet the needs of traffic during August Monday Boat Races and other festive occasions.
To ensure that more coconut trees are replanted in Sandy Ground.
The APP is committed to the total upliftment of all Anguillians. Local businesses will be protected and businesses encouraged to grow to maximum levels.
APP is all about bringing back sustainable life styles to all Anguillians
