The Anguilla Tennis Academy has now extended its service to the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School where its coaches are assisting with conducting the Physical Education classes.

The school’s Sports Master, Rollins Richardson, said it was an honour to have the help of Coaches Joey and Tim whom he hoped would get more students on the island interested in tennis.
In introducing the sport to the female and male students in forms 1A3 and 1A4 at Campus B, Coach Joey told them that listening and paying special attention would enable them to understand the skills of the game. As they commenced the actual playing exercise, the two coaches instructed the students how they should hold their rackets and what should be their standing positions.

The Tennis Academy is offering basic lessons twice a week at a monthly fee to any one interested in learning the sport.
Many young students at primary level have benefited over the years from tennis training camps held free of charge, particularly during the summer vacation, at various locations and courts on the island.
