Benjamin Now Police Commissioner


A press release from Government House states that Governor Peter Johnstone has been pleased to announce the appointment of Keithly Benjamin to be Commissioner of the Royal Anguilla Police Force.

Mr. Benjamin will take up his appointment on 27 February 2003 when the present Commissioner, Mr. Mitchell Harrigan retires.

Mr. Benjamin is a long-standing police official, having moved up the ranks of the Force over the years. He is a trained lawyer, having recently graduated from the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley School of Law.
