According to Mr. Raymond, the project will involve four stages one of which was this week’s meeting; the second, an appraisal of the project and the collection of related information; the third, a schematic presentation of options relating to design and finance and the forth stage will be the actual design work for the Government Building.
Mr. Raymond made the point that the design of the building should provide for an interaction between the various departments and the public; that the structure must be modern, effective and efficient and have possibilities for future expansion.
