Speaker of the House Assembly in Anguilla, the Hon. David Carty, has been in Westminster, London this week at a seminar on “Climate Change: Tackling the Causes, Managing the Impacts.”

The November 26-30 seminar was organised by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA).
The seminar included a series of workshops conducted by a number of leading persons. The closing plenary session was led by the UK Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Mr. Carty was among various parliamentary officials in attendance from throughout the Commonwealth and elsewhere.
